Anyone here good at photoshop?

I'd like to make some custom rank images that show up below our names. Gonna look over the PhpBB web site for some that someone else done, maybe I can find one that matches the colors/theme of the site.

My only issue is, I use multiple themes so finding one that works with all of them may be a bit of an issue.

Additionally, we could use a cool looking logo for our team also.

That sounds cool, I wish I had any skill I could lend, but if it doesn't involve welding, sanding, or painting, I'm not good for much.
