I think IEC's RTX2080Ti was ok as a second GPU when it went "space invaders" on him.

Power supplies on both rigs ok?
Yeah, pretty sure. I swap PSUs to diagnose this stuff, also moved the 2060 Super to 3 different machines before deciding it had a problem.

Re: Hardware RIP Thread

So many hardware problems! I have a Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 that suddenly decided it does not like to run a 3700X at full load anymore. Runs a 1600 just fine, though. Also I have a 2060 Super, my newest GPU, just deciding to go blank screen, or sometimes a muted color, at which time the machine beco...

WTB: X99 Board (Found one)

I don't think I will be able to sell the Xeon, so maybe if someone has an X99 board they aren't using, I'll put it back to work... edit: Found a cheap Supermicro board on ebay, it's a weird form factor so it'll be one of those rigs that sits on a cardboard box. Seems like all the LGA-2011-3 boards h...

Xeon E5-2676 v3

Make offer. Non DOA warranty. Haswell based, quad channel DDR4, should work in most LGA 2011-3/X99 boards. This CPU was OEM for Amazon and is not on the Ark, but: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E5-2676+v3+%40+2.40GHz&id=2643 http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Xeon/Intel-Xeon%20E5...

Hardware RIP Thread

My Supermicro C7X99 died today, melted two pins on its ATX connector, and all four power pins off the 8-pin connector. I didn't have it that long, so I can't say I am impressed with Supero's consumer-level boards. Their server grade stuff has been impeccable. RIP.

Re: Folding@Home bigadv EOL Anniversary Challenge

Been having some problems with some of my machines becoming unreachable, but it doesn't really seem to matter that much.
[H] is probably just using this contest as a means to kick TAAT's ass in other GPU projects like GPUGrid.

In fact, I made a fire ring in my back yard so we can have fire whenever we want to. I could only find one pic at the moment that isn't the greatest:
